We received the Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations in 2008.

Lucent Home Health LLC is Co-founded by a Registered Nurse with vast experience in intensive care, long term acute care and home health care. This contributes to the high quality of care that the agency provides to the communities that we serve.
